Delegates must clearly specify that booking is being made for AfriNIC conference with reference code << AfriNIC2008MU >>.

• All delegates will require filling in the reservation form with the required details.
• No bookings will be confirmed for incomplete or incorrect forms filled.
• All delegates who will settle their own account must mandatorily provide their credit card details with expiry date to guarantee the booking.
• All delegates will require settling their individual accounts (including accommodation and extras) upon departure unless otherwise stated.
• Any requests for suites or other room types not specified in this agreement will be honored on a space available basis.
• All reservations must be confirmed by latest 15th November 2008.
• All un-booked rooms will be released after the 15th November 2008.
• Any booking received after the 15th November will be honored only on an availability basis.
• Any cancellation before the 15th November, the hotel will not charge any penalty fees.
• Any cancellation as from 16th November 21st November inclusive, the hotel will charge a 50% penalty fees.
• AfriNIC to provide the rooming list if all delegates paid by the AfriNIC Ltd.
• No shows will be charged at 100%
• Guests arriving and departing after the date outlined above will be on a space availability basis with the same convention rates.
• All above rates are inclusive of breakfast, service charges and taxes

AfriNIC also has an agreement with La Plantation, another very nice hotel that is less
than 5 minutes by taxi from Le Meridien. It is advisable that you make an early
reservation to ensure availability and the AfriNIC rate.
