Online Etiquette

Delegates' Obligations

To effectively participate in the AIS'21 Online Meeting, all participants will need to respect the following:

  • Have your earphones connected especially for the Q&A session to allow interpreters/ captioners to hear properly
  • Respect the Code of conduct 

Speakers' Obligations

In addition to the above, all presenters will need to respect the following:

  • Test-run your presentation before the conference 
  • Have your laptop with headset/ desktop with Webcam and Microphone/headset connected
  • Microphones to be muted when not talking
  • Presentations to be in PPT
  • Keep time
  • Keep your presentation within the time limit
  • Have your slides already open before your time 
  • Be properly dressed for the presentation
  • Be aware of your surroundings - (No beds, or messy rooms)
