Bill Woodcock - biography

Bill Woodcock is research director of Packet Clearing House, the international non-governmental organization that provides support for critical Internet infrastructure, including Internet exchange points and the core of the domain name system. In addition to his not-for-profit research and policy work, Bill has operated international commercial Internet service provision and content delivery networks since 1989.
