I am Telecommunication Engineer with seven years of experience. I hold a MSc in engineering from the Royal Military Academy of Brussels. Currently, I am army captain and work (as a detached employee) at the National Telecommunication Authority of Benin (ATRPT), under the ministry of ICT as a network engineer. There I manage Mobile Network Operators Services and Billing. I am involved in lots of ICT projects in Benin including E-Government.
Outside Benin, I worked with United States AFRICOM (2008-2012) as the Technical Director in Africa Endeavour Program, which intends to enhance communications interoperability and capabilities among African nation armed forces, Africa Union, US Defence and their counterparts in Europe.
