Statement Seun's Profile and CV: http://www.linkedin.com/in/seunojedeji Seun S. Ojedeji is a Network Engineer with extensive experience and management skills. Although he generally develops a curious state of mind whenever he comes across technology, nevertheless his major area of specialization is in systems networking (network design and deployment), internet/intranet services and elearning solutions. He holds certification with organizations which include CISCO, JUNIPER, LINUX-certs, MICROSOFT, HP, MOODLE, and DIPLO. Seun is a DIPLOmat, an ISOC Next Generation Leader (NGL) and a DIPLO Alumni. He contributes to Internet development in his region through actively participating in internet governance related discussions and meetings such as the NIGF, WAIGF, AfNOG, NgNOG, AfriNIC; most especially on the Resource Policy Discussion List where he contirubutes to different policies proposals. Mr Ojedeji has been privileged to participate in major technical trainings, workshops and conferences where he either served as a trainee, trainer, presenter, or session chair. He is a Council member and Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of FOSSFA (Free Software and Open Source Foundation for Africa). He is also the Vice President of OSFON (Open Source Foundation of Nigeria). Mr Ojedeji believes in the power of diplomacy through presentation of facts using proper communication means. He is confident that his past experience in similar engagements and his ongoing contribution and experience on the rpd list will enable him deliver when elected as the co-chair of PDWG. As PDWG co-chair, Mr Ojedeji will ensure to uphold the virtues of the group and will be dedicated to his duty. As he enjoy to learn/share ideas, he will consistently work to improve his knowledge about the PDGW processes with the goal of seeking how to further improve on it. |
