Statement: I am an electrical engineer with more than 20 years experience in Information and Communication Technology. I have been involved in AfriNIC's related activities since its creation meetings like the African Internet Group meeting in Cotonou in 1998. I would like to continue serving the AfriNIC community now through the board of directors because I sincerely believe that I can bring my professional and user experience to this structure. I have served two times as the chair of the the AfriNIC Election CommiHee and also once as vice chair of this commitee. I am currently serving as a member of the ICANN At-large Advisory CommiHee. I was member of the ICANN Nomination commiHee in 2010 and 2011. International meetings have also given me the opportunity to enrich my knowledge in IP address issues.
