Patricia K. Litho holds a PhD in “ICTs and the ‘empowerment’ of women in rural Uganda”, University of East London (UK). Dr. Litho has a Master of Arts in Communications with a bias in Business Communication from Schiller International University (London, UK), A Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism and Media Management from Uganda Management Institute (UMI) and a Bachelor of Arts from Makerere University.

Dr. Litho is a Lecturer at the Department of Journalism and Communication, Makerere University.
