Received the B.E. ,M.E.and Ph.D.in telecommunication from Tlemcen university. He has been engaged in the design and development of Location-based service (LBS) and Body Sensor Networks (BSN). He is currently a Researcher&Engineer at Algérie Telecom, He is working in e-Health-mHealthfield ,Body sensor Networks, data networks ,2/3/4G and ICT , He has many awards and prices in his research , he was working in iTEST project (mHealth) in Northumbria university in Newcastle , in VitalTronix in Jordan as consultant , in Algeria Telecom Company as Engineer and in STIC laboratory as researcher and Master student supervisor .
