Member Services Booth

AFRINIC’s Member Services Team will be on hand to talk to members, prospective members and other interested attendees at the dedicated AFRINIC Member Services Booth.

AFRINIC staff can answer your questions on:

• Queries related to your IP resource requests or future IP resource requests
• How to become an AFRINIC Member
• How to get Internet number resources for your organisation or networks
• The Registration Services Agreement (RSA) and the WHOIS database
• Services for AFRINIC members and the wider community
• How to use the MyAFRINIC Member Portal 
• Billing, invoices and payments
• Training, education and capacity building
• IPv6 deployment and IPv4 exhaustion 

The AFRINIC Member Services Booth is located near the main conference room and will be open from 9:00 to 18:00.
