Statement

Dear AFRINIC members and collegues, I am wafa Dahmani, senior engineer head of NIC/LIR Department in ATI.  ATI is a member of AFRINIC and the only LIR in Tunisia.

ATI is also a ccnso member in ICANN. 

During the last ten years I have been working in DNS operations and IP allocation policies in Tunisia. In addition I'm a member of the national IPv6 comity which leads the IPv6 transition in Tunisia (set up a transition strategy ) and  vice president  of  the MAG-IGF  of Tunisia. 

If I am elected,  I will try to strengthen the  multi stakeholder model and bottom-up policies whithin the African community since we will have to represent the African region's interests in ICANN.
