&lt;li&gt;The presenter(s) will be required to submit their presentation in PDF format, 3 weeks prior to the presentation date.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Presentation facilities will need to be agreed upon, based on available resources on-site&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;AFRINIC will provide the facility, tea/lunch breaks and sound/projector equipment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Presenters are responsible for any handouts. There are typically approximately 150-180 delegates.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Tutorials can range from 90 minutes to half a day in length.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;We do not encourage presentations with marketing and commercial content.&lt;/li&gt;
